At PCBC 2006 in San Francisco today my blog sponsor announced that the Owens Corning Builder Energy Solutions Calculator, introduced in January, will be available for downloading off the Internet starting in late July, making the tool available to the entire building industry. The software helps builders determine how to economically increase the energy efficiency of their projects in order to meet the tax credit requirements under the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
